We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 'Neuroverse Galactica' Exhibition at the Children's Memorial Institute, Monday to Sunday) from May the 4th to June the 5th 9am to 4pm.
The Exhibition will be a sensory feast for visitors:
Walk through our neuroverse world, complete with the different planets that neurodiverse children spend their time in,
View our artist's gallery and their beautiful work that speaks to their experience of neurodiversity.
Enjoy sensory toys in our galactic shop.
Engage in some Jedi training at our international space station playground.
Develop your own alien avatar or superhero on our neutotypical to neuroverse spectrum.
We will also be taking half hour tours through our world first Sensory-Space.
The aim of the exhibition is to share how neurodiverse children experience their world and how we can support them in this.
Entry to the exhibition is FREE but we do welcome donations of R25 per person.
This exhibition is ideal for School Tours and Groups as an informative, educational and fun part of your school day. The exhibition will be relevant to life science, art, drama, geography and life orientation curriculums.

GETTING TO THE 'YOUR BRAIN IS A GARDEN' EXHIBITION
You will be using Gate 10 parking at the Children's Memorial Institute.
From Jan Smuts Avenue go left into Empire
Turn Right into Melle (once you have turned right - Rand Girls is on your left hand corner, Helpmekaar on the right)
Turn Left into Hoofdt (once you have turned left - Liberty will be on your right and the National School of the Arts on your left)
Pass the Human Right's Commission and Braampark on your left hand side
Turn left into Joubert Street - Constitution Hill is directly in front of you
After Braampark, turn left into Gate 10 You will see a large sign for Malumulela
The friendly security guard will direct you to the parking area and signage will get you to the exhibition.
